These terms describe the current public proposal workflow while booking, ticketing and traveller payment remain in your existing systems.
Vortriq helps structure selected options into a client-facing proposal. Illustrative demo data is not live or bookable, and real supplier fares and availability must be revalidated in your authoritative supplier system before selling or issuing.
Your GDS, consolidator, supplier portal, reservation system and payment workflow remain responsible for current availability, booking terms, ticketing and traveller payment. The Agency Pilot does not replace them.
Selected travel agencies may receive a free personalized proposal example before deciding whether to start the paid pilot. The free example does not create a booking, ticketing or traveller-payment contract.
The current Agency Pilot has a $29 USD global / 299 MAD Morocco price, paid once for 30 days with no automatic renewal. Stripe Checkout may present an eligible localized payment currency; Vortriq does not calculate its own FX rate. The payment covers Vortriq agency software/service only; airfare, ticket issuance and traveller payment collection are not included. Current pilot terms are at /agency-pilot-terms.
The current pilot does not promise full itinerary automation, replacement of a customer's supplier/GDS, ticket issuance, traveller payment collection or direct Vortriq traveller booking.
Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, overload supplier or Vortriq systems, or submit card numbers, passwords or sensitive identity-document data into general support or discovery fields.
