Proposal workflow data
Vortriq may process the selected option details, client-facing prices and workflow information your team provides to prepare or support a proposal. Use anonymized or redacted examples whenever possible.
PRIVACY
Use only the data the current Agency Pilot needs.
Agency onboarding, support and personalized examples should use minimal, preferably anonymized workflow information. Traveller identity and payment-card data are not required for the current public product.
Agency pilot and email
If you contact Vortriq for a personalized example or start the Agency Pilot, Vortriq may process the business contact and workflow information you provide for onboarding, support and service delivery.
Use anonymized examples
For discovery, avoid sending traveller names, card details, passwords, passport numbers or other unnecessary sensitive data. A redacted or anonymized workflow example is sufficient.
Stripe pilot payment
The current Agency Pilot uses Stripe for a one-time agency software/service payment with a $29 USD global / 299 MAD Morocco price. Stripe Checkout may present an eligible localized payment currency. Vortriq verifies the paid Checkout Session server-side to grant a 30-day access entitlement. Traveller payment collection remains outside this offer.
Supplier and traveller systems stay separate
The current Agency Pilot does not collect traveller airfare or issue tickets. Data entered into your existing GDS, supplier, reservation or payment systems remains governed by those services and their own privacy terms.
